Approved to latest British Standard BS EN
ISO 9001:2000. Vidionics were one of the
first in the security sector to gain the BSI
Approval back in January 1992 and have
continued to maintain this standard and
expanded the scope to include intruder
alarm, CCTV Systems and Access Control with
SSAIB; Security Systems and Alarms
Inspection Board. SSAIB are an
industry recognised UKAS accredited
inspection organisation.
The Company has earned a reputation for
quality of product and personal service
which they are committed to maintain and
improve through the effective application of
a Quality System. The Company acknowledges
that its customers would like to be assured
of the dependability and quality of its
service and that such service be subject to
continuous review and improvement in the
interest of the Customer.
In order that the Company may demonstrate
its determination and commitment to maintain
or improve its current level of service, the
Board of Directors require that the existing
quality systems continue to comply with the
requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000. The
Board of Directors therefore require that
all company employees ensure that the
Customers of the Company receive a quality
of service which complies with the following
